As part of its mission to advance home and specialty infusion leadership, education and research, and further elevate infusion practice to the highest level of patient care, the National Home Infusion Foundation has established the following awards to recognize exemplary commitment to patients and the overall home and specialty infusion field

LYNN GIGLIONE MEMORIAL NHIF SCHOLARSHIP AWARD FOR HOME AND SPECIALTY INFUSION NURSING

Established in 2015, the Lynn Giglione Memorial NHIF Scholarship Award For Home And Specialty Infusion Nursing, pays tribute to its namesake, Lynn Giglione, RN, BSN, a longtime member of the National Home Infusion Association who dedicated most of her life to improving the lives of patients and to advancing the home and specialty infusion therapy industry.  The award aims to strengthen and promote learning, leadership, care provision, and professional advancement among home and specialty infusion nurses.   An eligible award applicant must be a current home infusion nurse who has not previously attended the NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition. The scholarship offers complimentary registration to the NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition (inclusive of the NHIA Executive Pre-Conference) and $1,500.00 for travel, hotel, and incidentals.  The NHIA conference offers the most comprehensive, high-quality educational programming specifically tailored to advance the clinical and leadership capabilities of home and specialty infusion professionals.

A counterpart to the Lynn Giglione Memorial NHIF Scholarship, this award aims to strengthen and promote learning, leadership and professional advancement among home and specialty infusion pharmacists. An eligible award applicant must be a current home infusion pharmacist who has not previously attended the NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition. The scholarship offers complimentary registration to the NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition (inclusive of the NHIA Executive Pre-Conference) and $1,500.00 for travel, hotel, and incidentals. The NHIA conference offers the most comprehensive, high-quality educational programming specifically tailored to advance the clinical and leadership capabilities of home and specialty infusion professionals.
