Michele Okposo is a registered pharmacist and has worked in home infusion as a regional operations manager for the past 10 years at Apria Healthcare. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota, teaching topics such as time management, leadership, team building, human resources, and communication in the College of Pharmacy's management courses. As Founder of Transformative Practices, Michele currently consults with individuals and groups on growth and development, process improvement, workplace enhancement, and strategic planning, specializing in maximizing the human potential. She recently wrote on employee development for INFUSION magazine.
