Continuing Education Information
To apply for continuing education credit in pharmacy and/or nursing continuing education credit for the June 18, 2008 NHIA Spring Audio Conference, please do the following:
- Kindly complete the evaluation form and the Statement of Continuing Education Credit form for the audio conference. You will receive the link to these forms in an email 24-48 hours prior to the audio conference.
- Fax the evaluation and certificate forms to the attention of Eleanor Nespica at 703-683-1484.
- Your certificate for continuing education will be validated and faxed to you within three – four weeks of NHIA’s receipt of all completed forms.
- Please be aware that you are responsible for filing a copy of your certificate with your state board(s).
*Note: To receive Pharmacy Continuing Education credit and/or Nursing Continuing Education Credit, registered participants must individually sign-in to the call and attend the entire audio conference. Only paid registrants for this audio conference are eligible for Continuing Education credit. Parties who listen to the audio conference, but who have not paid, registered and called-in individually, cannot be granted Continuing Education.
