Do Your Legislators Sit on Key Medicare Committees?
Under Democratic leadership, the 110th Congress is in place. NHIA's Medicare legislative campaign is bipartisan. Regardless of party, if you have a federal representative or senator who sits on a key committee that makes Medicare legislation in the 110th Congress, now is the time to contact and educate on home infusion therapy while also requesting their support the legislation. In addition to writing emails and and letters, calling them and meeting with them, invite your legislator and staff for a site visit to your pharmacy.
