The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA), headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, represents companies which provide infusion therapy to patients in their homes as well as companies that manufacture and supply infusion and specialty pharmacy products. Founded in 1991, NHIA established the framework for a collective effort to advance the interests of the home and specialty infusion field. NHIA also advocates on behalf of Medicare patients unable to get home infusion therapy.
