Experienced Conference Speakers Wanted for NHIA 2019

NHIA’s Education Committee is now accepting presentation abstracts for the 2019 NHIA Annual Conference to take place March 10-13 in Orlando, Florida. Pharmacists, home infusion nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other health care clinicians and business professionals looking to share their expertise and best practices to support the advancement of the field are welcome to submit a proposal. About NHIA

The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA), headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, represents companies which provide infusion therapy to patients in their homes as well as companies that manufacture and supply infusion and specialty pharmacy products. Founded in 1991, NHIA established the framework for a collective effort to advance the interests of the home and specialty infusion field. NHIA also advocates on behalf of Medicare patients unable to get home infusion therapy. Through advocacy, education, public relations, research, and collaboration, NHIA advances the interests of patients, providers, manufacturers, and other industry suppliers.

The conference attracts more than 1200 pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, residents, nurses, physicians and other clinicians; reimbursement, business development professionals; as well as business owners, CEOs, and other senior leaders.

What We Look For In a Speaker

We look for speakers that will engage and inspire to enhance the educational experience for our attendees. When submitting your proposal, consider an audience that has a minimum 10 years of experience in the industry and aim for providing content that is relevant to people with more than 20 years in the industry. Our audience value peer-to-peer learning, hearing about new developments, staying ahead of the competition, and being given opportunities to apply knowledge gained at the conference in their everyday work.
