NHIA is pleased to offer two additional professional development opportunities to maximize your 2017 NHIA Conference & Exposition experience in Orlando. Each of these programs will hone your skills and expand your knowledge of the key issues impacting the home and specialty infusion field. You can earn four additional CE contact hours by attending one of the two preconference sessions. From developing a site of care optimization program for specialty therapies, to strengthening your ability to effectively lead through periods of upheaval and change, this program will provide new and timely insights for all home and specialty infusion leaders.
The Business of Infusion: Reimbursement and Beyond!
The NHIA Reimbursement Pre-Conference is aimed at reimbursement personnel who wish to become more effective in their roles. It is also designed for pharmacists, nurses, and other clinicians and industry stakeholders who want a better understanding of the business side of infusion operations as well as their role in reimbursement success. The program addresses the key aspects of alternate-site infusion reimbursement in addition to elements of the business side of infusion that determine the economic success and ongoing viability of an infusion organization. This comprehensive learning opportunity will also explore the latest on intake revenue qualification, documentation, coding, accounts receivable management, operational implications, key performance indicators, and managing rejections.
