Group Hotel Room Rate and Reservations
The NHIA Group Room Rates per night are (plus applicable state and local taxes):
• $216 for a traditional room (single or double occupancy)
• $241 for a triple room
• $266 for a quad room
To make your reservations, please visit the special NHIA hotel registration webpage or call Hilton Orlando central reservation line 1-888-488-2509 and mention the “National Home Infusion Annual Conference” to receive your discounted rate.
The NHIA Group Rate at the Hilton Orlando is good through April 28, 2017 or until the NHIA Group Room Block is full. Reservations made after that date will be taken based upon availability of rooms and at the Hilton Orlando’s prevailing rate. To ensure your spot, make your reservations now!
A deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax is required to hold each individual’s reservation—personal check, money order or valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club Card, Discover or Carte Blanche are all acceptable.
Check-In—3:00 PM Check-Out—11:00 AM.
Should you need to cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded if notice is given to the Hilton Orlando at least 14 days prior to arrival—and a cancellation number is obtained.
Early Departure Fee
If you check out prior to your originally scheduled departure date, you will be charged an early departure fee currently equal to one night’s room plus tax. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must be sure to advise the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in your planned length of stay.
