All 2015 NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition education programs will be accredited for pharmacy and nursing continuing education, unless otherwise noted—and will provide up to 28 total contact hours (2.80 CEUs) of continuing education credit when all events (including the pre-conference program) are attended and an NHIA Continuing Education Packet has been fully completed/submitted. In addition, NHIA is again offering continuing professional education (CPE) for registered dietitians! Registration Cancellation Policy

Due to the changing policies of hotels and convention centers, NHIA is now financially responsible for the expenses of those attendees who cancel without adequate notice. Our refund policy realistically reflects these additional expenses to the association.

Refunds will not be issued for “no show” registrants for any reason.  Please submit all cancellation requests (in accordance with the above timeline) in writing either by e-mail to info@nhia.org, by fax to 888-206-1532 or by mail to NHIA Registration, 100 Daingerfield Rd., Alexandria, VA 22314.

By registering for the 2015 NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition, you agree to abide by the above Registration Cancellation Policy.

 

Please Note: NHIA and its contracted 2015 Annual Conference hotel(s) will provide one another access to basic conference attendee/hotel guest reservation information pertaining to registered annual conference attendees/hotel guests (for example, information such as attendee/guest names and number of hotel room nights). This basic exchange of information assists with event planning and enables NHIA to ultimately secure favorable discounted hotel rates for attendees. By registering for the 2015 NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition you consent to such sharing of information. Additionally, various photos will be taken at the conference and by registering for the 2015 NHIA Annual Conference & Exposition you consent to be photographed and grant permission for said photos to be used by NHIA for future educational and/or promotional purposes.
