Registration Cancellation Policy

Due to the changing policies of hotels and convention centers, NHIA is now financially responsible for the expenses of those attendees who cancel without adequate notice. Our refund policy realistically reflects these additional expenses to the association. 

Cancellations Received By: Refund Due:
March 14, 2012 Full Refund (Less $90 Processing Fee)
March 15, 2012 to April 16, 2012 50% Refund
After April 16, 2012 or On-Site No Refund
Refunds will not be issued for “no show” registrants for any reason.  Please submit all cancellation requests (in accordance with the above timeline) in writing either by e-mail to info@nhia.org, by fax to 703-683-1484 or by mail to NHIA Registration, 100 Daingerfield Rd., Alexandria, VA 22314.
