Staying at the NHIA Host Hotel offers great networking and fellowship opportunities, allows attendees to receive special updated convention information in their rooms and, this year especially, provides great convenience for registrants by having their sleeping rooms and all the conference meeting space/activities on the same property. NHIA Discounted Group Hotel Room Rate & Reservations

The NHIA Group Room Rate is $209 for Single or Double Occupancy.

To make your reservations, kindly visit the special NHIA hotel registration webpage or call Hiltons’s central reservation line (at 800- 955-4281—and please mention the “NHIA Annual Conference” in order to receive your discounted rate).

Reservation Deadline

The NHIA Group Rate at the Hilton Anatole is good through March 26, 2010, or until the NHIA Group Room Block is full. Reservations made after that date will be taken based upon availability of rooms and at the Hilton’s prevailing rate. To ensure your spot, make your reservations now!

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation—personal check, money order or valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club Card or Carte Blanche are all acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded if notice is given to the Hilton Anatole at least 14 days prior to arrival—and a cancellation number is obtained.

Early Departure Fee

If you check out prior to your originally scheduled departure date, you will be charged an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax—to avoid this fee, be sure to advise the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in your planned length of stay.
