Getting To and From the Airport and Hotel

Airport Shuttle Service
Discounted airport transportation is offered via The Airport Shuttle, Inc. for all 2009 NHIA Annual Conference attendees arriving through BWI Airport:

• The discount is $27 - $10 off = $17 (available each way).
• From BWI, The Airport Shuttle, Inc. will track your flight in real time—you go directly to the vehicle from baggage claim, with no waiting at the airport.
• From your hotel, you are given a pick-up time based upon your BWI flight departure time (there are no multiple hotel stops)—customers are transported with no more than 2 stops!
• You either pay by cash or credit card on board the vehicle.

Taxi Cabs
The BWI taxi stand is located just outside of the baggage claim area of the Lower Level of the BWI Marshall Airport Terminal. BWI taxi cabs are prohibited from charging flat rates—check with the driver before starting out.
