NHIA has secured a room block at the Hilton Baltimore, conveniently located adjacent to the Baltimore Convention Center with direct covered access via pedestrian sky bridge. Reservation Deadline—Extended until February 13!
The NHIA Group Rate at the Hilton Baltimore is good through February 13, 2009, or until the NHIA Room Block is full. Reservations made after that date will be taken based upon availability of rooms and at the Hilton’s prevailing rate. Make your reservations now! NOTE: The group rate has been extended ONLY for peak dates of: February 27 - March 2.
Reservation Policy
A one night deposit will be charged immediately upon confirming the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
One night deposit is refundable up to 14 days in advance of the arrival.
Early Departures
If you depart prior to your originally scheduled departure date (the date specified at check-in), a $50.00 early departure fee will be assessed.

Check-Out
Before 12:00 Noon.
