We’ll be there, and we want you there as well—to be a part of the largest, most informative gathering in the alternate-site infusion field.
NHIA Registration is located in the South Lobby of the Phoenix Convention Center—South Building, and is open at the following times:
How to Register On-Site...
The Phoenix Convention Center—South Building is a few blocks from most of the conference hotels. When you arrive at the South Building:
- Enter the South Lobby and please go to the “On-Site” counter of the NHIA Registration Desk.
- You will be asked to complete a registration form and present a form of payment (credit cards and checks are accepted).
- At that time, a badge will be made for you and you will be given your conference materials.
...It’s that simple!
Note: If you arrive in Phoenix at night after the NHIA Registration Desk closes, you may attend the next morning’s Breakfast Symposia at the Hyatt without a badge—then just visit the NHIA Registration Desk as soon as you are able to get to the convention center and register.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Due to the changing policies of hotels and convention centers, NHIA is now financially responsible for the expenses of those attendees who cancel without adequate notice. Our refund policy realistically reflects these additional expenses to the association. |
