Hotel Information
NHIA has secured sleeping rooms at discounted rates at the following hotels. All hotels are within three short blocks of the Phoenix Convention Center—South Building. NHIA Annual Conference registration, general sessions, track programming, pre-conference programs and exhibits will be held at the convention center. Breakfast symposia and the Tuesday night LDF Fundraiser Party will take place at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.

Hotel cancellation policy on reservations is 24 hours notice prior to arrival date. If you depart prior to your originally scheduled departure date (the date specified at check-in), a $50 early departure fee will be assessed.
Special Note: at this time the Hyatt room block is full on all nights except 3/9 and 3/10. If you wish to stay longer at the Hyatt, please check back with reservations periodically as there may be cancellations and rooms may open up on other nights.

What to Wear?
The dress code for the NHIA Annual conference is business casual. The climate in Phoenix is mid 70s during the day and low 50s in the evenings. Be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket for chilly evenings and variable classroom temperatures.
