Each NHIA concurrent session has been organized within the following track content areas to help you find the educational programs that best suit your needs and interests…

Clinical Track — Geared primarily towards the clinical practice areas and comprehensive content most relevant to pharmacists and nurses working within the alternate-site infusion field. On Tuesday afternoon, the clinical track will split to accommodate both a special three-hour intensive focus on Vascular Access Devices (crafted for the infusion nurse)—while, concurrently, the track will also feature the topics of Pharmacokinetics and Specialty Infusion (designed for the infusion pharmacist).

Management Track — Established specifically for alternate-site infusion owners, leaders and management professionals at all levels. The rich, diverse content of this track ranges from leadership theory and teambuilding, to the latest legal, regulatory, accreditation and competitive bidding updates, to exploring ambulatory infusion models, patient satisfaction approaches and best practices in disease management.

Reimbursement Track — Formulated for both reimbursement staff and others within your alternate-site infusion organization who contribute to the reimbursement process. Even seasoned reimbursement professionals will benefit from the most current information on coding, utilizing technology, Medicare, private-pay collections, contracting—and more!

Sales & Marketing Track — Designed for alternate-site infusion owners, managers and sales professionals, this track is filled with distinct learning options created to help cultivate your organization’s sales growth and marketing capacity. Whether you’re looking to increase your referrals or expand your business, expert faculty will offer you tried-and-true methods for advancing your market share.
