NHIA Committees
NHIA committees bring together the thought-leaders and innovators in home infusion therapy and play a critical role in driving the policies and priorities of the association. NHIA currently has six active committees which meet monthly via conference call and in person at the NHIA Annual Conference.

Education Committee Mission: To develop quality educational programming for NHIA members and other stakeholders on business management, reimbursement, sales and marketing, and clinical topics related to alternate-site infusion therapy.

Home Infusion EDI Coalition (HIEC) Mission: To represent the best interests of the home infusion industry through the formulation, communication, and implementation of a nationally standardized coding system devoted to the description and classification of infusion products and services, and the promotion and advancement of EDI and electronic claiming capabilities for the infusion industry.
